About Adam

Violinist Adam Jordan performs with the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra, the Steamboat Springs Symphony, the Little Theatre of the Rockies and Ensemble Acerata, the celebrated contemporary music consort which he co-founded in 2007.

Adam received his Bachelors degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Adam's musical background includes multiple years of attendance at the Gold Coast Chamber Music Festival in Los Angeles, California, an extensive background in music education and string pedagogy, and a volume of experience teaching music theory and composing. Adam's repertoire is unusually varied with a focus on works from the late 20th and 21st centuries. Adam regularly performs as a violinist and guitarist, with recent appearances on Banjo.
